At Melanin Made Tees, each item is made to order with care and intention. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is created specifically for your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Style or color preference
Minor variations in print placement or color
We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number
Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will correct it promptly.
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
Please check with the carrier and your local delivery area first
If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist as best we can
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
